Pimento cheese.... ahhh... "the caviar of the South." It's a simple spread, with basic ingredients blended together to a smooth or chunky concoction, which is then scooped onto chips, spread on crackers, mixed in with deviled eggs, added to grits, made into a sandwich, slathered on a hot dog or grilled in a grilled cheese sandwhich! And depending upon where you live, you can get a little wild with it and add your own regional ingredients, such as cayenne, onions, garlic, dill, hot sauce and more.

Ingredients
1 cup of mayonaise
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 large jar of pimentos
2 Tbsp Tequila Dale's Sauce
2 jalepenos, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate over night before serving.
