We love this salad!! It's the perfect "lighter dish" when you are craving chicken wings, or need a quick healthy meal.
Ingredients
Salad Greens (your favorite type)
Vegetable toppings, chopped (we used grape tomatoes, diced onion, cucumbers and carrots)
Chicken, cooked (diced, pulled or shredded...store bought rotisserie chicken is a great time saver)
Tequila Dale's W.O.W. (wing or whatever) Sauce
Cheese (optional, we used cheddar jack, but blue cheese crumbles is also great!)
Salad Dressing (we recommend Blue Cheese or Ranch)
Directions
Toss cooked, cut chicken in Tequila Dale's W.O.W. (wing or whatever) Sauce until thoroughly covered in sauce. Layer greens, then vegetable toppings, then chicken, then cheese. For some extra kick, drizzle on a bit of Tequila Dale's W.O.W. Sauce. Then, top with salad dressing.
Serve with a cold beverage of your choice and enjoy on the back deck!
